Card covers are lightly stained and foxed. Rear hige has split but is held securely by cloth spine. Top right-hand corner of book is bent. Many small food stains and some foxing internally. 2 newspaper cuttings laid in to rear back cover. One recipe handwritten in pencil "Pea Soup" Interesting to see some of the Willow range of the period, which includes a butter cooler, fish fryer, roaster and the whistling kettle. Recipes interesting too. One, indicative of the period, is called Brighter Days Pudding. It is a jam roly.
