Another of Heath's war-time publications, which sought to provide alternatives for Britons suffering under rationing. This copy bears an inscription to the front ep: "The first copy. With all my love. 23 March 1940" This is one of several books from a collection which also includes a couple with Heath's name in the same hand as this inscription.
